Welcome to SOFPMA.tattoo! By using this website, contacting me, or booking a tattoo appointment, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. About SOFPMA.tattoo
SOFPMA.tattoo is an independent tattoo business operated by a professional tattoo artist with over 24 years of experience.
I provide custom tattoo services, including fine-line, geometric, ornamental, sacred geometry, and cover-up tattoos.

SOFPMA.tattoo operates independently within Hermosa Ink Collective and does not own or operate the tattoo studio.
2. Appointments and Booking
Appointments can be requested through my website, direct communication, or my online booking platform, Porter.
Booking an appointment does not guarantee that every requested tattoo design can be completed. Tattoo projects are evaluated based on design complexity, placement, size, skin condition, and available appointment time.
I reserve the right to decline or reschedule a tattoo appointment when necessary for professional, artistic, health, or safety reasons.
3. Deposits and Payments
A deposit of $50 or $100 may be required to secure your tattoo appointment, depending on the project.
Deposits are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.
The remaining balance is due at the completion of your appointment unless otherwise agreed upon.
Tattoo pricing depends on factors such as design complexity, size, placement, and the time required to complete the work.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
I understand that unexpected situations happen.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
48 hours or more before your appointment: Your deposit is refundable if you choose to cancel.
Less than 48 hours before your appointment: Your deposit may be forfeited. Exceptions and possible refunds are considered individually at my discretion and, when applicable, subject to studio approval.
No-shows: Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.
5. Custom Tattoo Designs
Custom tattoo designs are created through collaboration between the artist and client.
Designs may be adjusted to ensure they work with your anatomy, placement, and the long-term appearance of the tattoo.
I reserve the right to recommend modifications or decline designs that I believe may compromise the quality, longevity, or safety of the tattoo.
Original custom artwork created by SOFPMA.tattoo remains the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Health, Safety, and Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information about any relevant health conditions, allergies, medications, or other circumstances that could affect the tattoo procedure or healing process.
Clients must comply with applicable age and identification requirements.
I reserve the right to refuse tattoo services when I believe proceeding would be unsafe.
Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided following their tattoo appointment.
7. Tattoo Healing and Results
Every person's skin is different, and tattoo healing varies depending on skin type, placement, lifestyle, and aftercare.
While I use professional techniques and strive to provide high-quality, long-lasting tattoos, I cannot guarantee identical healing results for every client.
Some tattoos may require touch-ups as they heal and settle into the skin.
8. Appointment Confirmations and Communications
SOFPMA.tattoo uses Porter to help manage appointments, deposits, confirmations, and reminders.
When booking an appointment, you may receive transactional communications related to your appointment through the contact information you provide, subject to applicable consent requirements.

9. Website Content and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the photographs, tattoo designs, artwork, and original written content displayed on this website belong to SOFPMA.tattoo or are used with permission.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use original artwork or website content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
10. Third-Party Services
This website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including Porter and social media platforms.
These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
